February 6th: Bryan County Schools will observe regular dismissal times; however, all after school activities including athletic contests and practices are cancelled for this afternoon.
ASP will be closing at 5:00pm.

Mrs. Peterka guided her classes on an Irregular Shape Scavenger Hunt! Students had the chance to show their knowledge of finding the area and perimeter of irregular shapes by using the blocks in the hallway.



Mrs. Lewis’s & Mrs. Asselin’s classes converted improper fractions to mixed numbers to measure ingredients for a Chex Mix snack recipe! Students were able to apply their fractions knowledge in a real-world activity.


Punctuano’s Ristorante Italiano is officially open for business! All this week Mrs. Mattos and Chef Comma have been cooking up lots of activities and lessons on using commas. Our first cooking class had us using comma pasta to add commas to dates and addresses.

Fifth grade artists are working with clay and turning pinch pots into fish creatures.

Students from Ms. Heape, Mrs.Kathy, and Mrs. Williams’ class spread cheer this morning by delivering hot holiday punch to teachers.





Bryan County Elementary students are always using Encouraging (TRIBE) behavior. This holiday season has been no different. Many students and staff generously donated items for their class Christmas Angel. Our Christmas Angel program helps to support our community in connection with Bryan County Family Connections. A BIG thank you to ALL of our parents who sent items in - We couldn’t do it without y’all!
